Pricing questions
How does the trial work?
Both plans start with a 14-day trial. You add a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged for 14 days. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.
What is founding pricing?
While HungryHub is new, agencies that sign up pay the founding price, and keep it for as long as their subscription stays active. Later sign-ups pay the regular price.
What counts as a client CRM?
A small CRM you set up for one of your clients, for their own leads and pipeline, under your brand. Your own agency's clients, contacts and companies don't count; you can have as many as you like.
What if I outgrow Starter?
Switch to Agency in Settings › Billing whenever you need more than 10 client CRMs. It takes effect right away, and Stripe adjusts your next invoice for the rest of the month. Nothing is lost either way.
How does the AI website chat work, and what does it cost?
It's a chat box you add to your own or a client's website with one line of code. It answers visitors from that business's own information (services, prices, hours, booking links), asks for their name and email or phone, and adds them to the CRM as a lead with the whole conversation. Starter includes 1 chat and Agency includes 3, counting your own site's. Each extra chat is $29 a month, added only when you switch one on and agree. Every chat has a monthly limit on answers (1,500 to start, which you can change) and pauses when it's reached, so there are never overage charges.
Do I pay per team member?
No. Both plans include unlimited team members, so you can add your whole team, freelancers and contractors.
Are there any other limits?
Rank tracking keywords depend on the plan. Keyword research, site audits, rank maps and AI writing have fair daily limits that a normal agency won't notice. Contacts, deals, projects and website monitoring have no limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings › Billing; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
