Terms of service

You need an account to use HungryHub. Keep your details accurate and your password private; you're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the people you invite do. Workspace owners decide who has access and what each person can do.

If you give a client their own CRM in HungryHub, you remain responsible for that client workspace and for what you share with them.

• New workspaces start with a 14-day trial. A card is required to start it, and the trial is given once per workspace.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged the price shown when you signed up. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can change plans or cancel at any time in Settings › Billing. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires.
• Prices can change. We'll tell you before a change applies to your subscription, and it applies from your next billing period.
• If a payment fails, access may be paused until the card is updated.
• Daily allowances (such as ranking checks, keyword research and AI drafts) apply as described in the app. Taxes are added where required.

You own your workspace content. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide HungryHub to you and the people you share it with. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

You're responsible for having the right to put information into HungryHub and to contact the people in it. That includes getting any consent the law requires before you email people, following anti-spam laws (bulk emails include an unsubscribe link and your mailing address, and you must honour unsubscribes), and following the rules of review sites when you ask for reviews.

Don't use HungryHub to:

• send spam or email people who haven't agreed to hear from you where consent is required;
• break the law, or infringe anyone's privacy, copyright or other rights;
• upload malware, or try to break into HungryHub, other workspaces or our providers;
• overload the service, scrape it, or get around its limits;
• impersonate others or mislead the people you contact.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put HungryHub or others at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

HungryHub works with services such as Google, Stripe, Postmark, Zoom and GitHub. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms. We aren't responsible for those services, and features that depend on them may change if they change.

Website editing commits content to the GitHub repository you connect. You're responsible for what you and your clients publish to your websites.

AI features produce suggestions. They can be wrong or incomplete, so review drafts before you use or send them. You're responsible for what you publish or send.

HungryHub, its software and its design belong to us. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using HungryHub. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

We work to keep HungryHub available and secure and to keep improving it. Features may change over time; we won't remove something central to the plan you pay for without notice.

HungryHub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise HungryHub will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that search rankings, website traffic or other results will improve.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about HungryHub is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You'll defend and hold us harmless against claims arising from your workspace content, the emails you send through HungryHub, or your breach of these terms.

You can stop using HungryHub and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend your access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or if we stop offering HungryHub, in which case we'll give you reasonable notice to take your data with you where we can.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account owners before they take effect. Using HungryHub after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California.
